LTL Sales Director is responsible for marketing and selling Transportation & Logistic Freight Services to new and existing business customers. This is accomplished through effective selling by cold-calling, earning referrals, and company-generated leads.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, used to and enjoys a fast-paced work environment, a problem solver, and focused on helping our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate and maximize new opportunities developed through:

● Hunting - Cold Calling for new customers.

● Customer database mining as delegated by SMN.

● Inbound customer inquiries.

● Referrals through your pipeline.

● Mass marketing to your pipeline.

2. Attend regularly scheduled team meetings via Google Meet.

3. Respond to company-generated inquiries and customer support calls.

4. Qualify the customer’s ability to purchase.

5. Evaluate customer needs during the initial meeting.

6. Prepare and present proposals/quotes.

7. Manage appropriate and timely proposal follow-up.

8. Return all customer calls with urgency.

9. Enter all sales activity daily.

10. Send emails and customer communication through Gmail.

11. Achieve and exceed sales targets established by the company.

12. Coordinate and support service efforts as requested or required.

13. Become familiar with our sales reporting.

14. Other tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary to continuously succeed, increase sales, and satisfy customer needs.

Requirements:

1. Minimum one-year successful Transportation & Logistics sales experience

2. Book of business/leads

3. Work remotely

4. Ability to help solve customer problems

5. Reliable cell and internet service

6. Bilingual- English & Spanish

7. Professional appearance standards are expected at all times
