Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst (Import Specialist)
Location: Fully Remote (Must be located outside of Pacific Time Zone; working hours are 6:00 AM-3:00 PM EST)
Type: 6-Month W2 Contract
Pay: $22-$28/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 AM-3 PM EST (working EU business hours)

About the Role:

Our client a leading global e-commerce and technology innovator is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst (Import Specialist) to support their Global Robotics Operations team. This position focuses on trade compliance and import operations, making it a great fit for someone looking to grow in international trade and supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve import/export exceptions and broker-related issues
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies
  • Maintain internal documentation and training materials for operational consistency
  • Assist the Trade Compliance team with various administrative tasks related to import/export activities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong math, logic, and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL
  • Background in analyst work or a data-focused academic concentration
  • Strong understanding of systems and configuration management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to international trade or customs regulations (imports/exports)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in building a career in international trade or logistics

  1. Trade compliance experience related to imports
  2. Analytical ability and willingness to dive deep into data
  3. Clear and professional communication skills

Working Style:

This role is remote but requires alignment with European business hours. Candidates must be located outside of the Pacific Time Zone to maintain proper coverage.
