Our client, a leading organization in the data analytics sector, is seeking a Data Analyst III to join their team. As a Data Analyst III, you will be part of the analytics department supporting various teams. This position also encompasses key responsibilities within the Trade Compliance Office (TCO), supporting global third-party screening and anti-corruption due diligence efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Import, cleanse, validate, and analyze data to draw meaningful conclusions.
- Consolidate and present data in formats such as charts, graphs, or tables.
- Improve data quality and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Generate detailed reports and insights based on analytical findings.
- Work independently with minimal direction, leveraging your data analysis expertise.
Trade Compliance Responsibilities:
- Participate in global third-party screening and due diligence processes to identify anti-corruption and trade compliance risks.
- Maintain accurate records of screenings, findings, and associated documentation.
- Communicate findings to relevant personnel and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Collaborate with the TCO, Legal, Procurement, Customer Service, and other departments to perform daily operational tasks.
- Support additional trade compliance due diligence activities as assigned.
What's Needed?
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Professional experience as a Data Analyst and/or Trade Compliance Analyst.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and work across departments.
- Certification in data analysis or compliance is a plus.

- What type of data sources have you used to conduct your reviews (name of tool, application, reports, firm providing report, etc.)?
- Can you describe a notable anti-corruption investigation you have been involved in?
- What are some common red flags you look for when investigating potential corruption?
