We are seeking a Business Development Associate to support our sales and operations teams, playing a key role in driving business growth, managing relationships, and optimizing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Support:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with vendors, wholesalers, and distributors.
Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Support the sales team by preparing proposals, pricing analysis, and presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify product trends, competitor strategies, and potential suppliers.
Operations & Logistics Support:

Oversee order processing, vendor communication, and inventory management.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
Manage data entry and updates for product listings, pricing, and inventory tracking.
Ensure smooth execution of purchase orders and assist in resolving operational issues.
Data Analysis & Excel Work:

Analyze price lists from manufacturers and compare them with Amazon and market data.
Use Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, etc.) to generate sales and inventory reports.
Track key sales and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Assist in financial analysis related to pricing, margins, and cost efficiencies.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or operations (wholesale distribution experience is a plus).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
Experience in sales, account management, or vendor negotiations.
Ability to analyze market data and pricing trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
