I’m looking for a commission-based freelance partner to support our ship supply business by tracking vessel movements in Europe and generating RFQs.
The role focuses on three core supply areas:
• Food & provisions
• Spare parts
• Technical services
Your responsibilities:
1. Track vessels calling at European ports using AIS or similar tools.
2. Identify and contact ship managers, superintendents, or purchasing departments.
3. Collect clear RFQs including quantities, delivery windows, and special requirements.
4. Forward RFQs promptly so pricing and operations can be handled internally.
This is a performance-based collaboration. The more confirmed business generated, the higher your earnings.
Candidates with maritime, shipping, or B2B outreach experience are strongly preferred. You are free to use your own methods as long as RFQs are delivered.
