Your day will revolve around calling and emailing new potential clients here in Australia, converting interest into confirmed orders, then keeping those customers fully informed as their freight moves.
You will:
• Source up-to-date landed-cost figures by liaising with my Australian customs broker.
• Close sales on the phone in clear, confident English.
• Track each shipment through to delivery and proactively update customers on status or delays.
The role is phone-heavy, so a pleasant, professional manner and solid spoken English are essential. Because you’ll often be working independently, I value self-motivation and disciplined follow-through just as highly as your numbers.
