I’m importing a batch of regular consumer goods into Colombia and need a licensed broker in Bogotá to shepherd everything through DIAN without delays or surprises. My priority is having someone who already knows the local procedures inside-out and can speak directly with customs officers on my behalf.

The scope covers all three critical fronts for this shipment:

• Import duties and taxes – calculate the exact tariff schedule, advise on any exemptions, and make sure the payments are filed correctly before release.

• Customs documentation – prepare and review every mandatory form, commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, insurance certificates, and any other paperwork Bogotá customs will request.

• Inspection processes – coordinate and accompany the physical inspection if DIAN orders one, troubleshoot discrepancies on the spot, and secure prompt clearance.

Deliverables I expect:

1. A complete set of compliant entry documents ready for submission.

2. Proof of duty/tax payments and official clearance.

3. A concise post-clearance report outlining the steps taken, fees paid, and any recommendations for future shipments.

If you already have relationships with local transport and bonded-warehouse providers, let me know; that network could streamline the rest of the logistics. Spanish–English bilingual support is essential, and availability for quick updates via WhatsApp or phone will keep everything moving.

Please confirm your brokerage license number in the first message and outline how long typical consumer-goods clearances have taken for you recently at Bogotá’s El Dorado airport or main seaport terminals.
