Juvia’s Place is a vibrant and inclusive cosmetics brand known for bold pigments, innovative formulas, and cultural storytelling. As we scale, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end operations and drive excellence across all channels.
Position Summary:
The Chief of Supply Chain will oversee all supply chain functions, including procurement, planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment. This role directly manages Supply Chain Managers and warehouse operations and requires full-time, on-site presence at our Secaucus, NJ warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize supply chain operations to ensure timely, cost-effective product availability.
Manage and develop a team of Supply Chain Managers.
Oversee demand planning and production schedules based on sales forecasts.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and reduce overstock/stockouts across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.
Oversee 3PLs, freight partners, and warehouse performance to ensure efficient logistics.
Direct procurement strategy and vendor negotiations for materials and packaging.
Improve fulfillment operations to support customer satisfaction and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service) for alignment.
Track KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
8+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
Experience managing supply chain teams and warehouse operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, demand planning, and logistics.
ERP system experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Must be available to work full-time on-site in Secaucus, NJ.
