International Freight Sales Executive (Remote)

The ideal candidate for this position will thrive in identifying and closing international freight opportunities. Using a consultative and relationship-driven approach, this professional will leverage their industry experience to generate new business and expand existing customer accounts in global logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new international freight opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers, importers, and exporters
  • Manage complex negotiations with decision-makers in supply chain and logistics
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure client satisfaction and successful cargo execution

  • Qualifications

    • 2–5 years of proven experience in international freight forwarding sales (FCL/LCL, air, ocean, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of global trade, shipping terms (Incoterms), and logistics documentation
    • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
    • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in the logistics sector
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
    • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working remotely and independently

    This is a remote opportunity. Candidates can be based anywhere, as long as they have the network, discipline, and drive to build revenue and close deals in the international freight space.
