We’re Hiring: Legal Analyst (Global) | Remote | Full-Time
We’re looking for a Legal Analyst (Global) to support international legal operations, compliance programs, and cross-border contract management. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions, this role is for you.

🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹Research global laws/regulations and prepare briefing notes.
🔹Review, track, and assist in drafting commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements).
🔹Support compliance programs (GDPR, sanctions, anti-bribery, ESG).
🔹Assist with due diligence and risk assessments.
🔹Support corporate governance (entity management, filings, documentation).
🔹Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external counsel.
🔹Prepare legal memos, reports, and maintain dashboards.

🎓 Qualifications
🔹Indonesian, Bachelor’s in Law/Legal Studies or related field.
🔹3-5 years’ experience in legal, compliance, or contract support roles.
🔹Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
🔹Understanding of corporate law & international regulations.
🔹Experience with contract/compliance tools.

Preferred:
🔹JD/LLB/LLM or legal certification.
🔹Experience in multinational/cross-border environments.
🔹Familiarity with GDPR, FCPA, and trade compliance.
🔹Multilingual is a plus.
