About the Role

We are seeking an Export Delivery Analyst to join a global leader in healthcare solutions and advanced manufacturing. This role is integral to ensuring seamless international delivery operations within a highly regulated industry. You will manage the end-to-end export process, maintain compliance with global trade regulations, and collaborate across multiple teams to guarantee timely and accurate shipments worldwide.

Job Description

As an Export Delivery Analyst, you will oversee the entire export delivery lifecycle—from order entry to final destination. Your responsibilities include coordinating international shipments, managing carrier and third-party logistics relationships, and ensuring compliance with trade laws. You will also handle customs documentation, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities: Export Operations & Traffic Management: Plan and execute shipments via air, sea, and land; monitor timelines and resolve delivery issues.
  • Carrier & 3PL Management: Negotiate terms, track performance, and implement corrective actions for logistics partners.
  • Customs Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and audit shipping documents; ensure adherence to international trade regulations.
  • Trade Finance: Review Letters of Credit and coordinate timely submission of compliant documents.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a liaison for international customers, providing updates and resolving delivery challenges.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, recommend automation, and lead projects to optimize export processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service, order management, or international logistics.
  • Knowledge:
  • International trade regulations (ITAR, EAR, HS/HTS classification, Incoterms).
  • Global logistics and shipping processes.
  • ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Letters of Credit and trade finance.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
