Job Opportunity: Free Trade Agreement (FTA) Coordinator

Location: Glenview, IL

Position Overview: Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented coordinator to manage and support Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documentation. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with both Wesco policies and FTA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and follow established processes to ensure compliance with Wesco policies and FTA regulations.
• Handle requests from sales teams and direct customers efficiently.
• Manage supplier solicitations and responses to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Resolve any issues related to FTA documentation promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience working with Free Trade Agreements.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with distributor roles in FTA and multiple FTAs that the US participates in.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and familiarity with US HTS and Schedule B. Experience with Global Trade Management systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Pay Details:$38.46 to $44.71 per hour
