Seeking a Global Trade Customs Analyst to support its Central Global Trade (GT) Customs Team. The analyst will be responsible for preparing customs reports, analyzing import/export data, monitoring compliance, and assisting in the resolution of customs-related issues. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate reports on import/export activity and compliance metrics.
  • Analyze customs data and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and help resolve compliance issues.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within customs operations.
  • Assist with additional global trade-related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Background in import/export, logistics, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage is preferred.
