I am launching a new operation that will move green coffee beans from farms in Mexico all the way to roasters and distributors in Canada, and I’m looking for proven expertise to make every step run smoothly. Whether your strength is orchestrating farm-to-port logistics inside Mexico, decoding Canada’s import rules, or opening doors with Canadian roasters, I want to plug your know-how directly into this venture.

Here’s what the first phase looks like:

• A practical logistics blueprint that shows exactly how beans leave the farm, reach the export port in Mexico, and arrive at our Canadian warehouse—including carriers, transit times, and cost estimates.

• All import paperwork and compliance checkpoints mapped out, so brokers and customs officers clear each shipment without delays.

• Warm introductions or signed collaboration frameworks with Canadian distributors or roasters who are actively searching for new green coffee sources.

Compensation is commission-based and designed to reward performance; the highest-impact partner can expect a long-term role as the business scales. Although our immediate focus is the Canadian market, experience in other promising regions is welcome and could become part of your mandate down the line.

If you can step in and deliver tangible results in any (or all) of these areas, let’s start a conversation. Please outline the exact portion of the supply chain you’ll own and highlight projects where you have already done something similar. I’m eager to build a reliable, mutually beneficial relationship that keeps exceptional talent on board for the long haul.
