Our brokerage department is expanding its use of CargoWise, and the team needs hands-on guidance to create accurate customs import entries for a variety of shipment profiles. The focus is strictly on Training and Support, so I’m after a super user who can shorten the learning curve and embed best-practice workflows directly into our daily routine.
During live sessions you will walk our operators through every step of the import-entry process—from capturing shipment data and selecting the correct tariff codes to lodging the declaration and reconciling charges. Clear explanations on how each CargoWise screen ties back to compliance requirements are essential. Follow-up email or chat support should be available while the team puts the new knowledge into practice.

• Two to three interactive screen-share trainings (recorded for replay).
• A concise, step-by-step reference guide tailored to our procedures.
• One week of on-call Q&A to troubleshoot any real-time filing issues.
Experience with CargoWise customs modules, especially import declaration workflows, is a must. Familiarity with our region’s regulations will be a strong plus and should be highlighted in your proposal.
