Job Title:
Recruiter for Business Development Specialist – Lithium Battery Solutions (Floor Care, Aerial, UTV)

Project Scope:
We are EIKTO Battery US, a growing North American division of a global lithium battery manufacturer. We are seeking a freelance recruiter to help us identify and screen candidates for a Business Development Specialist focused on lithium battery solutions for deep-cycle battery replacement (floor scrubbers, aerial platforms, utility/golf vehicles).

This is a fixed-price project with performance-based milestones and the potential for ongoing collaboration.

Deliverables:

Longlist of 40–60 relevant candidates with LinkedIn profiles and basic notes (within 7–10 days)

Shortlist of 10–15 pre-screened candidates (within 14 days), each with:

15–20 minute screening call

Candidate summary (salary expectations, relevant experience, current role, availability)

Schedule and coordinate 6–8 interviews with our internal team

1 round of replacements if none of the shortlisted candidates proceed to offer

Ideal Candidate Profile (to be sourced):

B2B sales professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Floor care machines: Tennant, Nilfisk, Kärcher, Taski, Minuteman, Factory Cat, Betco, or their dealers

Deep-cycle battery manufacturers/distributors

Aerial platforms, utility/golf vehicles, or related battery/charger segments

Sales to OEMs and/or dealer networks

Preferably located in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area

Open to other US or North/Central America locations if highly qualified

English fluency required, Spanish is a strong plus

Reporting Format:

Google Sheet tracker (name, role, company, location, salary expectations, experience notes)

Brief writeups from screening calls

Weekly status updates

Budget:

$600 fixed for longlist and qualified shortlist

$400–500 success bonus if candidate signs an offer

Open to hourly proposals with clear delivery expectations
