Job Description

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the proper execution of national and international transport operations, while guaranteeing customs and regulatory compliance of export flows. You play a key role in managing risks associated with international trade.

Your main missions are:

1. Customs Management:

• Manage import/export customs operations in conjunction with logistics, purchasing and sales departments.
• Be the privileged contact for customs authorities (DGDDI, SBDU, etc.)
• Implement and monitor specific customs procedures (e.g. active/passive processing, customs warehouse).
• Optimize customs processes and ensure cost control (duties, taxes, etc.)

2. Export Control:

• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations (EAR, ITAR, Dual Use, UK Export Control, etc.)
• Identify products subject to licenses and manage authorization requests with the competent authorities.
• Raise awareness and train internal teams on Export Control obligations.
• Define and implement internal export control procedures.

3. Compliance & Regulatory Monitoring:

• Ensure active regulatory monitoring on customs and export control issues.
• Participate in internal and external audits (customs, customers, certification).
• Draft and maintain regulatory documentation (procedures, instructions, records).

Qualifications

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 in international trade, logistics, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good command of customs regulations (Union Customs Code) and Export Control rules (ITAR, EAR, Dual Use, etc.)
