After a brief onsite training in San Jose, CA, you'll transition to remote work (aligned with PST hours), offering flexibility while staying connected to an innovative team.
🔍 What You'll Do
- Lead and manage global trade compliance activities for import/export operations
- Oversee shipment clearances, customs processes, and regulatory compliance (including FDA entry)
- Respond to shipment status/classification requests from brokers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, monitor compliance procedures, and optimize workflows
- Collaborate across teams to resolve trade-related issues and ensure smooth operations
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of global trade compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of customs brokerage and import/export workflows
- Proven ability to handle multiple requests under tight timelines
- Familiarity with FDA entry processes and U.S. customs clearance
- Exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder communication
🌟 Nice-to-Have
- Experience using Oracle Global Trade Management
- Certifications in customs brokerage or trade compliance
