Export Regulations Specialist (Remote)

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Export Regulations Specialist to join their team. This remote position involves ensuring the accuracy and proper recording of jurisdiction and classification assessments in Joint Cargo Aircraft (JCA) documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify JCA documentation to ensure jurisdiction and classification are accurate and properly recorded.
  • Apply regulations, including catches, releases, and group guidance such as the see-through rule.
  • Collaborate virtually with team members, participating in weekly meetings to discuss issues.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the U.S. Government (USG) U.S. Munitions List (USML) and Commerce Control List (CCL).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience performing jurisdiction and classification assessments.
  • Proficiency in understanding and applying export regulations.

Desired

  • Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with JCA Tools (e.g., OCR, xClass) and/or CommonPDM (cPDM)/Windchill.
  • Trustworthy and professional individual focused on the mission.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
