I am working with small factories in Bangladesh producing wooden home decor (bowls, trays, etc.). These factories have little to no experience with export processes.

I need an experienced export agent/company to handle the full export side professionally.

Key challenges:

Factory is not export-ready

No experience with documentation or customs

Need proper handling of compliance

Need reliable coordination between factory → export → shipping

Your responsibilities:

Prepare all export documentation (invoice, packing list, HS codes, etc.)

Handle customs clearance in Bangladesh

Manage export compliance (including CITES permits if required for mahogany)

Coordinate with factory for pickup and packing readiness

Work with freight forwarder or arrange shipment (air/sea)

Ensure smooth, error-free export process

Requirements (must have):

Proven experience exporting wooden products from Bangladesh

Strong understanding of HS codes and customs procedures

Experience handling CITES permits (very important)

Must already have all required registrations and licenses, including:

ERC (Export Registration Certificate)

Valid Trade License

TIN (Tax Identification Number)

BIN (Business Identification Number)

Import/Export Certificate

Existing relationships with customs, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities

Clear communication and transparency

To apply, include:

Brief description of your experience

Examples of similar exports handled (especially wood products)

Whether you have handled CITES permits before

Looking for someone reliable for long-term work.
