I need an experienced, licensed customs broker operating in Brazil to manage the full cycle of both import and export clearance for my shipments. Your role will include preparing and filing all documentation in Siscomex, liaising with Receita Federal, coordinating inspections, and resolving any holds so cargo moves without delay.
Beyond the day-to-day clearance work, I also want ongoing customs consultation. I will lean on you for up-front guidance on tariff classification (NCM), valuation, special regimes such as drawback or temporary admission, and anything else that helps reduce duties and keep me compliant with Brazilian legislation.
The range of goods may vary—consumer items, industrial machinery, even agricultural products—so versatility and up-to-date regulatory knowledge are essential.
Deliverables
• Successful import clearance for each shipment, evidenced by released DI/DUIMP and paid duties.
• Successful export clearance with RE/DU-E finalized.
• Written advisory notes whenever regulations change or risks emerge.
Fluent Portuguese and solid English communication are required, as is a proven track record working directly with Receita Federal and port/airport authorities across Brazil. If this fits your expertise, please outline your experience and typical turnaround times so we can get started.
