I need a professional Excel expert to build a fully automated master workbook for an export/logistics business.
This workbook must integrate sales, logistics, documents, costs, and KPI dashboards in one file.
Sheets / Modules Required:
Product Info – product codes, specs, grades, pricing.
Contacts – customers, suppliers, forwarders.
Orders – linked to products and customers.
Quotations & Invoices – auto-generate from orders (printable).
Transport / Forwarding Tracker – container BL, vessel schedule, current status.
Process Current State – workflow tracking (inspection, customs, etc.).
Operational Costs – port fees, trucking, documentation, linked to orders.
Income & Sales – payments, totals, profit calculation.
Inventory / Stock – inflow/outflow, auto stock balance.
Document Tracker – BL, Phytosanitary, Packing List, Invoice, etc.
Exchange Rate – to support multiple currencies.
Dashboard & KPI – automatic charts (sales trends, profit, top products, shipments).
Requirements:
All sheets must be interconnected (linked data, dropdown menus, formulas).
Professional layout and design.
Automation where possible (macros/VBA if needed).
